Each of the following concepts is fundamental
to the work that we do:
Filtering our Dialogue describes the
gap between what we think and what we say.
Learning Pathways provides a map of
the relationship between the results that we get, the actions that
we take, and the assumptions that we hold.
The Ladder of Inference describes
how each of us moves away from data toward our own closely held
"certainties."
Advocacy and Inquiry are the twin
skills of the reflective practitioner. They need to be mastered
and balanced...
