Firms

These are some leading firms that, like Action Design, work in the domain of human behavior in organizations:

Vantage Partners is a consulting firm that helps organizations manage relationships with customers, suppliers and alliance partners, and inside the organization.  Their founding competence is in negotiation.  One of the founders, Bruce Patton, is co-author (with Roger Fisher and William Ury) of Getting To Yes. Bruce is also co-author (with Doug Stone and Sheila Heen) of Difficult Conversations.

Designed Learning counts Peter Block among its founders and partners.  It focuses on helping staff groups in the transition to becoming credible consultants within their organizations.

Dialogos does consulting and capacity building in dialogue, as inspired by the late David Bohm.  Founder Bill Issacs is the author of Dialogue and the Art of Thinking Together.

Rossmoore & Associates.  Don Rossmoore is a consultant who writes about his ideas and his work and posts his writing on his web page.  One of the models underlying his work is that developed by Chris Argyris and Donald Schön.
