Cutting edge pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms are utilizing cross-functional development teams to boost productivity and improve performance. Across the industry drug development programs are bringing together people from different locations, organizations, cultures, and disciplines. Piloting these teams to success is one of the toughest jobs in the industry.

Leadership for Drug Development Teams is an experiential three-day course conducted by nationally recognized experts in teaching cross-functional team leadership. Class size is limited to 35 to give you ample opportunity to practice new skills on real team problems.  Participants submit their most critical leadership challenges, and from these themes the faculty creates learning sessions that speak to the issues leaders confront every day.
