Cancellation Policy
For Reflecting in Action (November 11-16, 2001)

All cancellations or substitutions for program attendance or accommodations must be received in writing.

Amount paid less 10% cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked, emailed, or faxed by October 12, 2001.
A 50% fee will be applied for cancellations received between October 13 and October 26, 2001.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 26, 2001.
Substitutions may be made at no cost until November 2, 2001, after which date a 30% processing fee will be charged.

Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible!
