Cancellation Policy 
For Creating Productive Conversations (April 29-May 4, 2007)



All cancellations or substitutions for program attendance or accommodations must be received in writing.

Tuition refunds:
  • Amount paid less 10% cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations postmarked, emailed, or faxed by March 29, 2007.

  • A 50% fee will be applied for cancellations received between March 29 and April 13, 2007.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after April 13, 2007.

  • Substitutions may be made at no cost until April 20, 2007, after which date a 30% processing fee will be charged.

Accommodations fees are refunded according to the policies of the conference center:

  • 90 days or more before the program begins, full refund.
  • 60 to 89 days, 55% refund.
  • 30 to 59 days, 40% refund.
  • 14 to 29 days, 25% refund.
  • 2 t o 13 days, 5% refund.
  • 48 hours or less, no refund.
  • If Action Design or the conference center can re-sell the room, we can make a full refund.

Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible!
